Damaged or Incorrect Items.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., a different size or style than what you ordered), please contact us immediately.
To be eligible, you must:
- Notify us at shopclovernicole@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number.
- Include clear, well-lit photographs of the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item).
Once we receive your email, our team will review the situation and work with you to find a swift and fair solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit.
Please Note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any custom duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- For exchanges resulting from customer error, the customer covers the cost of return shipping and any related fees.
