Customs Costs, Explained Simply

At Clover Nicole, we strive to process and dispatch orders efficiently to get your products to you promptly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Standard, Ready-to-Ship Orders
We offer a short window to cancel standard orders for items that are readily available in our inventory.

· Eligibility: Your order must be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase time and date.
· Condition: Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet entered the delivery / shipping process. As we aim for fast fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the shipping label has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier.
· Refunds: For successfully canceled orders, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within [7-14 business days].

2. Special, Custom, and Personalized Orders
For the following items, all sales are final:

· Custom-made or made-to-order shoes
· Personalized items (e.g., with monograms, names, special dates, color, custom designs)
· Special orders not part of our standard inventory

These orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order is confirmed, as we initiate the production or sourcing process immediately to serve you best.

3. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation for an eligible standard order, you must contact us directly within the 24-hour period via:
