At Clover Nicole,we believe in quality. Each pair of shoes is crafted by hand with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring you receive an exceptional unique and beautifully made product.
1. Order Processing & Crafting Time.
Because our shoes are made-to-order, each pair is created specifically for you after you place your order. This personalized process requires approximately 4 to 8 weeks from the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
2. Shipping & Transit Times.
After the crafting is complete, we will notify you that your order is preparing for shipment. The transit time depends on your location:
- Within Europe: 3-5 business days
- Within the United States: 3-5 business days.
- International Orders: 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your local customs processes in different countries
3. Order Tracking.
We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your Clover Nicole shoes safely. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a separate email with your unique tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Note:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address wrongly provided by the customer.

After your made-to-order shoes are crafted and dispatched from our studio, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
· Please Note: Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update and display in the carrier’s network after you receive the notification.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Clover Nicole, we strive to process and dispatch orders efficiently to get your products to you promptly. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Standard, Ready-to-Ship Orders
We offer a short window to cancel standard orders for items that are readily available in our inventory.
· Eligibility: Your order must be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase time and date.
· Condition: Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet entered the delivery / shipping process. As we aim for fast fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the shipping label has been created or the package has been handed to the carrier.
· Refunds: For successfully canceled orders, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within [7-14 business days].
2. Special, Custom, and Personalized Orders
For the following items, all sales are final:

These orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the order is confirmed, as we initiate the production or sourcing process immediately to serve you best.
